These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of GotNext. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
By creating an account or using GotNext ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
GotNext is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using GotNext, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep your account secure.
You keep ownership of the posts, comments, messages, and photos you share on GotNext. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it to other members as part of operating the app (for example, showing your post in a club feed).
You're responsible for what you post. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share.
GotNext is for organizing games and connecting with other players. When using the app, you agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or bully other members.
• Post spam, hate speech, or sexually explicit or violent content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any club or event.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
If another member is bothering you, you can report their content or block them from within the app — see the Report & Block section below.
Posts, comments, messages, and profiles can be reported for review directly in the app. Blocking another member hides their content from you and prevents either of you from messaging the other.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if we're required to do so by law. You can also stop using GotNext and request deletion of your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
GotNext helps you find and organize games, but we aren't involved in and don't supervise the games, events, or payments that happen between members. Use good judgment when meeting other players, and GotNext is not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the app.
GotNext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
